This is the other office for Eagle Soraj Townships Pvt. Ltd. over in the Dhanori area of Pune. We are located at Flat No.4 on the 1st Floor of Navnath Sankul. It’s a very easy place to find because we are right near the Gokul Nagar Bus Stop. You can see the buses pulling in and out all day from our windows. Being on the first floor is handy because we don’t have to climb too many stairs. The office itself is just a regular flat that we’ve turned into a workspace. We handle township matters here just like our other branch. It’s usually pretty busy with people coming in to ask about things. We have a few desks and some filing cabinets that are mostly full. Navnath Sankul is a well-known building in this part of Pune. We like the location because there are plenty of small shops nearby to grab lunch. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters, just a place where we get our work done. We’re Eagle Soraj Townships Pvt. Ltd., and we’ve been part of the Dhanori community for a bit. The vibe is pretty relaxed here, even when we have a lot of deadlines. We just focus on the township projects and try to keep things organized. If you're near the Gokul Nagar Bus Stop, you'll probably see our sign on the building. We just keep things simple here and do the work.
