We are based out in Shikrapur, which is a bit of a drive from the main Pune city area. Our work for Dynanmanjula Gosavardhan Goshala Llp is mostly done on the ground, literally. It’s a rural setting, and that’s exactly where we need to be. Being a Goshala, our days don't really follow a standard nine-to-five office schedule. We are up early, and there’s always something that needs doing, whether it’s checking on the animals or handling the local paperwork. The office part of the LLP is just a small room at the site with a desk and some old ledgers. It’s dusty and quiet out here compared to the city. We don't have many visitors except for local folks and people who are interested in what we do with the cows. The air is different in Shikrapur, and we’ve grown to like the slower pace, even if the work itself is physically demanding. We don't spend much time on computers unless we absolutely have to. Most of our records are kept the old-fashioned way on paper. It’s a practical, no-nonsense operation. We aren't here to make a big name for ourselves; we’re just here to look after the animals and manage the land as best as we can. It’s a simple existence, and we wouldn't have it any other way. The town of Shikrapur is our home and our workplace, and we focus on what needs doing for the day without getting distracted by much else or worrying about the fast city life that we left behind.
