Over in Mangalwar Peth, we run Dynamic Logistics Pvt. Ltd. from our office at 13 C Shanti Shraddha Apts. It’s a busy neighborhood in Pune, and there’s always something going on right outside our door at 444. We’ve been here for quite some time, and the building has become a familiar place for us. Logistics is a bit of a puzzle every day, trying to figure out which truck goes where and when. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking our spreadsheets to make sure everything is where it should be. It’s not always perfect; sometimes a driver gets lost or a delivery is late because of the Pune traffic, which we all know can be a nightmare. Our office is a working space, filled with desks and a few old filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing; we just focus on getting the work done. The team here is small but we’ve worked together for years. We know the regular clients and they know they can just drop by the apartment office if they need to discuss a shipment. It’s a straightforward way of doing business, keeping things simple and local. We just make sure the goods get moved and the paperwork is signed off correctly. It gets a bit chaotic during the monsoon season, but we manage to stay on top of things.
