You can find us in the Vradavn Colony, not too far from the Awari Hospital in Alandi Devachi. It’s a busy part of the Pune area. We do logistics and transport work, which basically means we spend our time on the phone or out in the yard. The traffic in this part of Maharashtra can be a real headache, especially near the temple areas, so we have to be smart about our timing. Our office is a bit crowded with desks and old computer monitors. We are a small team at Dynamic Logistics and we’ve all been here for years. We know each other’s families and often share our lunch. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We just get on with the job. We don't have any fancy brochures or slogans. If someone needs something moved in the Rajgurunagar area, they usually just call us up. We handle everything from factory goods to household items. Sometimes things don't go according to plan, like a truck getting stuck in the rain, and we just have to deal with it. We drink a lot of tea to keep our energy up throughout the day. We don't try to sound like we are some huge global firm. We are just local people working hard to earn a living and keep the trucks running. That is all there is to it.
