Our office for Dynamic Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is actually inside Shalini Villa, Flat No. 7. It’s in the Nanak Society area on NIBM Road in Kondhwa, Pune. It’s a quiet residential spot but we run the logistics side of things from right here. Pune-48 is where we call home. We aren't in a big industrial park or a skyscraper. It’s a bit more personal than that. You have to buzz the gate to get in. We deal with all sorts of transport issues every day. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days it's just us caught up in paperwork. Working out of Nanak Society means we are close to the local community. We know the neighbors and they know us. Logistics is a messy business with a lot of moving parts but we try to keep things organized from our flat. It’s a small team here. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on getting things moved from point A to point B. Sometimes the traffic on NIBM Road makes it hard for the guys to get in but we make it work. It’s a practical setup. We've been in Pune for a long time and seen how much Kondhwa has grown. We are just a regular business trying to do a regular job. We don't try to make it sound more exciting than it actually is.
