Our office is tucked away in Block G, Flat No.95 over at Sawant Vihar Phase Ii. If you know the area near the Katraj Dairy in Pune, then you know exactly where we are. Being Dynamic Logistics Pvt. Ltd, we’re mostly busy with the day-to-day work of moving things around. It's a flat, so it doesn't feel like those big glass office buildings you see in the city center. It’s a bit more personal, maybe even a little cramped when everyone is in at the same time. We spend a lot of time on the phone or staring at clipboards. The traffic around Katraj can be a real headache, especially during the peak hours, but we’ve learned to work around it. There’s always the smell of the dairy nearby, which is just part of the local vibe here. We have a small group of people who have been doing this for a long time. We handle the logistics stuff, making sure items get from point A to point B without too much trouble. Sometimes things get messy, or a truck breaks down, and we have to scramble to fix it. It’s just the nature of the job. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep things moving as best as we can. It’s not always pretty, but we get the work done. Every day brings something a little different, and we just take it as it comes until it's time to go home.
