Durvank Impex Llp

We operate out of two flats, numbers 11 and 12, in the Sai Sankalp building. It’s located in Vidya Nagar, which is over in the Dhanori area of Pune. Using residential flats as an office for Durvank Impex Llp gives the whole place a bit of a homey feel, for better or worse. We’ve knocked some space together to make room for our equipment and all the files we need to keep track of. Pune is a great city, but Dhanori has its own quiet vibe compared to the main center. We like that it's a bit tucked away. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we don’t have those massive commutes you hear about. The office isn't fancy. We have some basic chairs, a couple of long tables, and a lot of cabinets. Sometimes the neighbor’s kids are playing in the hallway, and it reminds us that we’re part of a real community. We handle our impex business with a small, dedicated group. There isn't a lot of hierarchy here; whoever is closest to the phone usually picks it up. We’ve had some long days in these rooms, especially when things get busy at the end of the month. It’s a simple setup, but it’s ours. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a glass-fronted office. We just want to get the orders right and keep things moving. It works for us and the way we like to do business without all the unnecessary corporate stress or formal overheads that you find in larger firms.
