Durocrete Construction Quality Rating Agency

We have our setup over at 39/184 in the PMC Colony in Gokhalenagar, Pune. It is a bit of a tight space, but it fits us just fine. As a quality rating agency, our main job is to check out construction sites and see if the work is up to snuff. We don't build the things ourselves; we just look at what others have done and give our honest take on it. The office in Gokhalenagar is usually full of site samples and old reports. It’s a working office, so things are often a bit messy with papers everywhere. We are a small team and we know each other well. There isn't any corporate ladder here, just people doing their jobs. Pune is growing fast, so there is always a new building to go and inspect. We try to be fair and just report the facts we find on the ground. Sometimes people don't like what we have to say about their construction, but that’s part of being a rating agency. We don't have any fancy mission statements hanging on the walls. We just drink our tea, look at the data, and head out to the next site. It’s a lot of driving around and looking at bricks, but someone has to do it to keep things honest.
