We are based out of Kolhapur, specifically in the Sarnobatwadi area. Our office for D.S.Kulkarni.Devop.Ltd. is located in a building called Laxmikant Niwas, at address 36/5A in Ujalai Colony. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main city center, which we actually prefer for getting our work done. The office is basically a converted space that fits our needs perfectly. We have our files, our computers, and a small area for meetings. Being in Ujalai Colony means we are surrounded by a lot of local residents, so it feels very much like a neighborhood business. We see the same people every day and it’s a nice little community. In Sarnobatwadi, things move at a slightly different pace than in the bigger cities like Pune. We still stay very busy with the developer side of things, but there’s a bit more of a personal touch to how we handle our daily business here. We often have people dropping by just to say hello or to check on the progress of something. We don't have a big HR department or a marketing team sitting here; it’s just us doing the actual work. The building, Laxmikant Niwas, is easy to find once you are in the colony. We’ve been here for a while and have settled into a good routine. We start early, take our breaks together, and make sure all the paperwork for our projects is handled correctly.
