We are located in Somwar Peth, which is one of the older, more established parts of Pune. Our office for D.S.Kulkarni Developers Ltd., Pune is right in the middle of all the activity there. Somwar Peth has a lot of history and the streets can be quite narrow and crowded, but that’s just part of the charm of working here. We have been working from this location for quite a while now. The office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a standard building where we get our work done. Inside, it’s mostly shelves full of folders and desks for the staff. We spend our days managing various development projects across the city. Being in this part of Pune makes it easy to get to different sites, though the traffic can be a real challenge during peak hours. We usually start our day with a quick talk to see what’s on the schedule. There are plenty of local snack shops nearby where we go for tea or a quick bite. It’s a very human way of working, without all the corporate layers you might find in newer offices. We talk to our neighbors and the people who walk by every day. It feels like we are part of the fabric of Somwar Peth. We don't use fancy technology for everything; a lot of it is still done with simple tools and face-to-face conversations. That’s just how we operate.
