D.S.Kulkarni Dev Ltd

We've been at Vinas Appt for a while now. Flat No 101 is where we keep all the files and handle the daily tasks for D.S.Kulkarni Dev Ltd. It’s a busy spot in Chandan Nagar. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, but we are used to it by now. We usually start our mornings early, getting the office opened up and checking through what needs to get done. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we see the same people walking to the shops every day. It's a plain office, nothing fancy at all. We have desks and chairs and the usual paperwork stacked up. People stop by sometimes to ask questions or drop off things. Being on the first floor is handy because we don’t have to wait for the elevator if it’s busy or broken. We just take the stairs instead. Most of the day is just spent on the phone or working through different files. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons, so we keep the windows open if there’s a breeze. It’s just us here, keeping things moving along as best we can. Chandan Nagar has changed a bit over the years, with more shops now than there used to be. But our spot in Vinas Appt stays pretty much the same. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes in. There’s always something to organize or someone to call back. That's how it goes for us here every day.
