Dskdl is located over at Avanti Nagar, specifically near the Old Poona Naka in Solapur. It’s a familiar spot for anyone who lives around here. Atul N Terkar runs things from this location, and we’ve been part of the neighborhood for a good while. We don't have a giant headquarters; it’s more of a local operation where we can actually talk to people face-to-face. Dealing with property and development takes a lot of attention to detail, and we try to stay on top of it every single day. Things move at their own pace here in Solapur, and we’ve learned to work with that. Some days the office is quiet, and other days it’s a total scramble with people coming and going. We don’t use any big words to describe what we do. It’s just about managing projects and making sure things are moving forward. People know us by our address and the work we’ve done nearby. We’ve had our ups and downs like any other business, but we are still here, doing the work. If you walk by Avanti Nagar, you’ll see our place.
