We are based out in Nandgaon, over in the Mulshi area of Pune. It’s a bit different out here compared to the main city, maybe a little quieter until we get the machines running. Our address is right in the village, and we’ve become a part of the local scenery over the years. Building things like roads or big structures takes a lot of coordination, and being in Mulshi means we have to be smart about how we move materials around. It’s mostly just us and the crew working through whatever the day brings. Sometimes it's raining hard, and sometimes the sun is just brutal, but the work doesn't stop. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls or anything. It's just a practical setup where we can meet and plan out the next phase of whatever project is on the books. We’ve been handling construction and infrastructure for a good bit now, so we know the local ground pretty well. It takes a lot of patience to get these big jobs done right. People know where to find us if they need to talk about a project. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the tools and the plans. It’s honest work, even if it gets a bit messy sometimes. That's just how construction is.
