We’ve been over here at 16/4 Suraksha Nagar in Mantri Township for a while now. Hadapsar is where most of our work happens, dealing with the usual construction stuff that comes up in Pune. It’s a busy spot. Most of the time, we are just out on sites trying to get things built without too much trouble. It’s not always easy, especially with the traffic around here, but we manage. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place to keep the paperwork straight. People around the neighborhood probably see our trucks moving in and out quite a bit. We handle infrastructure projects, which basically means a lot of concrete, digging, and keeping track of crews. It gets dusty and loud, but that’s just how this business goes. My team stays pretty focused on the tasks at hand. We don't spend a lot of time sitting around talking; there is always a deadline or a delivery to worry about. Sometimes the weather slows us down, or a part doesn't show up on time, but we just figure it out. Being in a place like Hadapsar, you learn to move fast. It is just us working hard every day to finish the projects we started. Nothing more to it than that really. We just show up, do the job, and go home.
