Dsk-Tricone Infrastructure & Construction Ltd., Pune

We have been working out of Flat No.4 in Mrinmayi Society for a while now. Chandrakant Jadhav lets us use this space in Erandwana, which is a busy part of Pune but it works for what we do. Dsk-Tricone Infrastructure & Construction Ltd., Pune basically handles various building projects around here. It's not a fancy glass building or anything like that. Just a regular flat where we keep our files and meet up before heading to the sites. Most days start early because the traffic in Pune can get pretty bad if you wait too long. We deal with construction, so there is always some paperwork or a drawing to look at on the table. Someone is usually on the phone talking to a supplier or checking on a crew. Erandwana is a good spot because we are central enough to get to different parts of the city without too much trouble. It gets a bit noisy outside sometimes, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don't really do the whole big corporate thing. It's more about getting the work done and making sure the guys on the ground know what they're doing for the day. Sometimes we stay late finishing up reports, and other days we're out most of the time. It’s just how it goes in this industry. If you know the area, you know where Mrinmayi Society is. It’s a quiet enough corner for us to focus when we need to.
