Dsk Tricone Infra. & Const. Ltd.

We’re located in the Vasundhara Co-Op Housing Society, specifically in unit A 2. It’s on Dattanagar Road, right near Bharathi Vidyapeeth in the Katraj area of Pune. Being part of a housing society means it feels more like a home than a stiff office. Dsk Tricone Infra. & Const. Ltd. has been operating from here for a good while. The neighborhood is usually quite busy with students and local families. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a few rooms where we get our work done and talk to our clients. Sometimes the parking out front is a bit of a mess because of the school nearby, but we make it work. We’ve been through a lot of projects in Maharashtra and this is where we plan them out. It’s a basic setup with some computers and a lot of paper blueprints lying around. We aren't really interested in being the biggest company, just in doing what we do well. People usually find us through someone they know. We like the local feel of being in Katraj. It keeps us grounded. The weather can be a bit unpredictable, but the office stays dry. We just focus on the construction side of things and let the work speak for itself. It’s a decent life and we enjoy the people we work with every day.
