We are based out of the Dongre Wada area, right near the Gawade Building on Ghatshil Road. Being in Tuljapur means we see a lot of people passing through. Dsk Developers And Builders isn't some massive company with a glass building. We work out of a more traditional space here in the Osmanabad district. Sandip Thakare is the one you’ll usually find around here. It’s a quiet enough spot most days, though the road gets busy during the festivals. We do our work without making a big fuss about it. The office is simple, just some chairs and a table for when people come to talk. We’ve been part of this community for a bit and we know the land around here well. It’s mostly about building things that last and talking to people face to face. We don't use much technology besides the basics. It’s more about being on the ground and seeing how things are going. Sometimes the dust from the road blows in, but we just sweep it out and keep going. We don't really have a big team, just a few of us making sure everything stays on track. If you’re walking down Ghatshil Road, you’ll probably see us. We’re just regular folks trying to do a solid job for the people around here. It’s a simple life and a simple business.
