Dr.Wakankars Dental Clinic

Dr.Wakankars Dental Clinic is situated right in Sahakar Nagar. It is a neighborhood clinic through and through. We don't have any of those big neon signs or a receptionist with a headset. Usually, it is just one of us greeting people when they walk in the door. The clinic has that specific smell of dental materials and cleaning stuff that you find in any dentist's office. We have the big adjustable chair in the center of the room and a lot of metal tools laid out on trays. Sahakar Nagar is a relatively quiet area, but you still get the occasional vegetable seller shouting outside or kids playing in the street. The waiting area is just a small corner with a few chairs and maybe a newspaper from yesterday. We spend most of the day looking at teeth and telling people to floss more often, which is pretty much the life of any dental place. The equipment isn't the newest in the world, but we take good care of it and it works just fine for what we need. Sometimes the power goes out for a minute and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, but that is just how things are around here. It is a small operation, and we like it that way because we get to know everyone who lives in Sahakar Nagar. Most of the time, we are just chatting about the weather while we work.
