Drill Tools (India) Private Limited

We’ve been here at Ashoka Mall on Bund Garden Road for a good while now. Our office is right across from the Sun-N-Sand hotel, which everyone around here knows. It’s a busy spot, especially in the afternoons when the traffic picks up outside. We mostly deal with different types of drilling equipment and bits. Usually, the day starts with checking what orders came in and making sure everything in the warehouse is sorted. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular office where we get things done. We have a small team here. Most of us have been working together for years, so we know how things go. Sometimes the lift in the mall acts up, but we’re on the third floor so it’s not too bad to walk up. We keep a lot of technical manuals around because there are so many different specs for these tools. Customers call in asking for very specific sizes, and we have to be careful about the measurements. It gets pretty warm in the summer months, but the breeze from the river side helps a bit. We don't really do big advertising or anything. People usually find us because they need a specific part for a project and heard we have it in stock. We just focus on keeping the inventory right and answering the phone when it rings. It's a steady life here in Pune, and we just try to keep things moving along without too much fuss.
