Dreamspan Ventures Private Limited is located at Flat 8 in the Siddhivinayak Classic building. This is in the Mukund Nagar area of Gultekadi, specifically on Sno 66 and Cts 63 67. The building is one of those steady, older structures that feels very solid. Mukund Nagar is a nice enough place to be based. It has a mix of everything. Our office is on the eighth floor, so we get a pretty good breeze when the windows are open. It’s not a very big office, just a few rooms where we keep our equipment and documents. Most of the time, it’s just the sound of keyboards clicking and the occasional phone call. We don’t do a lot of fancy meetings. Usually, we just talk across the desks if something needs to be discussed. The layout is simple and we haven't done much to change it since we moved in. There are some plants in the corner that we try to remember to water, though they’ve seen better days. It’s a practical space for us to focus on our projects. We like being in Gultekadi because it’s easy to get to different parts of the city from here. The parking can be a bit of a headache for visitors, but we’ve learned the local spots that usually have a gap. It’s just a normal working day for us here, nothing too exciting or over the top.
