Dreamlife Human Resource Foundation

You can find us near the Perane Toll Naka at Gat No. 1169. It’s a bit of a trek out here in the Haveli district of Pune, but the Dreamlife Human Resource Foundation likes being close to where things are happening on the road. Our office is simple and reflects the hardworking nature of the area. We focus on people, plain and simple. We don't have a lot of fancy technology or a slick office design. It’s mostly just us, some chairs, and a lot of conversations. Being based in 412216 means we see a lot of people passing through and many local families who have been here for generations. We try to be a resource for them however we can. We aren't here to give corporate presentations. We’d much rather sit down with someone and hear their story. It’s a very hands-on approach. Sometimes the dust from the road gets into the office, but that’s just part of being near the toll naka. We don't have a big staff, so everyone does a bit of everything. One day we might be filing papers, and the next we are out meeting folks in the village. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important to us. We just want to help people get by and maybe find better opportunities for themselves and their families. We aren't trying to save the world, just trying to help the person standing right in front of us.
