Dream Works Realty (I) Llp

Our office for Dream Works Realty (I) Llp is in Tower No 9, Flat No 803 of the Sky I Songbirds complex. This is out in Bhugaon, Tal Mulshai, which is a bit of a drive if you are coming from the main Pune city area. The address is Sr. No. 274/1 & Others, and it’s a fairly new development. Working from a flat on the 8th floor gives us a really good view of the hills, which is probably the best part of the job. It doesn’t feel like a traditional office at all. It feels more like a home where we happen to do business. We have got our desks set up in the main living area, and the kitchen is always stocked with snacks because Bhugaon doesn't have as many quick food options as the city center. It’s quiet out here, which helps when we are trying to go through complicated contracts or property titles. Sometimes the wind really whistles through the balcony doors when a storm is coming across the valley. We mostly deal with people over the phone or meet them directly at the sites nearby. It is a very different way of working compared to being in a crowded plaza. We appreciate the space and the fresh air, even if the commute can be a bit long when we have to go into town.
