Drass Mechatronics & Machinery Pvt. Ltd. sits on the first floor of a building in L.N. Colony. The exact spot is NO. 782/20-1, right on the 6th Cross in Yeshwanthpur. It’s a busy industrial and residential mix around here. To get to us, you have to walk up the stairs since we are on the first floor. The space is filled with various mechanical parts and machinery bits. It’s quite loud sometimes because of the work being done, and there is usually a faint smell of machine oil in the air. Yeshwanthpur is always moving, with trucks and workers everywhere, so there is never a dull moment outside our window. We start our day early, usually before the sun gets too hot. Our desks are covered in drawings and tools. It’s not the most organized place, but we know exactly where the 10mm wrench is when we need it. The L.N. Colony area is a bit tucked away, but people who live here know the shortcuts. We don’t have fancy signs or a big lobby. It’s just a workspace where we deal with mechatronics and machines. Most of the guys here have been working together for years, so we don't need to say much to get things done. We just drink our chai, look at the machines, and try to fix whatever isn't working right. It's honest work and keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We like the familiar noise of the neighborhood.
