You can find our pet clinic at Shop No 2 in the Jasmine Apartment building, located in Pimple Saudagar. It’s a nice enough area and the apartment complex is easy to spot. We’ve been here for a while, looking after the dogs, cats, and whatever other small animals the neighbors bring in. The shop isn’t very large, so it can feel a bit crowded if there are two big dogs waiting at the same time. We usually ask people to wait a bit if it gets too hectic. I like animals, which is why I started this, but it’s a lot of hard work and messy at times. There’s always someone needing a checkup or a shot, and sometimes we have to deal with more serious stuff. The floor is easy to clean, which is a necessity in this line of work. We have some pet food and basic supplies on the shelves, but mostly it’s just space for the animals and their owners. Pimple Saudagar has grown a lot lately, so there are more pets in the neighborhood than there used to be. My assistant is great with the nervous ones, which helps a lot. We don’t have a fancy waiting room with coffee machines. It’s just a place where you bring your pet when they aren’t doing well or need their yearly bits and pieces. We try to be honest with the owners and do what’s best for the animals. That’s about it for us.
