This location of Dr. Ashwin Porwals Healing Hands Clinic is also on the 4th floor of the Millennium Star Extension on B S Dhole Patil Road, but we usually tell people it’s right next to Ruby Hall Clinic to help them find it. Being near the Pune station makes it easy for folks coming from out of town. The address can be a bit of a mouthful, Pune - 411001 and all that. It’s a busy part of town. You can hear the trains sometimes if it’s a quiet afternoon. The clinic itself is pretty straightforward. We have the reception area and the rooms where the actual work happens. It’s nice being next to Ruby Hall because it’s such a well-known landmark. If someone says they are lost, we just tell them to look for the big hospital and we are right there next to it. We get a lot of foot traffic because of the location. The office isn't overly decorated. We have some basic posters on the wall and the furniture is mostly about being functional. We don't want people to feel like they are in a fancy hotel; it's a clinic, after all. The staff knows the routine well. We check people in, handle the paperwork, and try to keep things moving so nobody is waiting too long on those 4th-floor chairs. It’s a lot of work, but it’s a good spot to be in for helping people out. We’ve been here at B S Dhole Patil Road for quite some time now.
