We are located at 1-B Moledina Road, which is a very well-known spot in the older part of Pune. Our office is quite small and doesn't have any big signs outside to show who we are. It’s a very traditional setup with wooden desks and some old chairs that have been around for years. We like being on Moledina Road because it feels like the heart of the city, even if the traffic can be a nightmare sometimes. There’s a lot of history in this area and we feel like we are part of it. Most of our work involves meeting people face to face, so we spend a lot of time just sitting and listening to whoever walks through the door. We don't have a big staff or any fancy equipment. It’s just a couple of us who take turns being in the office. We handle all the foundation's tasks ourselves, from cleaning the floor to filing the taxes. It isn't a glamorous job, but it feels right to be doing it here. We usually have the windows open to let in the air, though it means we get a lot of dust from the street. We don't use marketing tricks or try to sound bigger than we are. We are just a local foundation in a very old building, trying to stay useful to the people who live in this part of Pune. It is a quiet, steady way to work.
