Dolphin Construction Co

Dolphin Construction Co is located at 1308 Kasba Peth, on Kelkar Road in Narayan Peth. This is one of the oldest parts of Pune, so the streets are narrow and always full of life. Our office is in an older building that fits right in with the neighborhood. We do construction work, so we have a lot of tools, helmets, and site maps around the place. It’s not a polished corporate office; it’s more of a workspace where we plan out our building projects. Kelkar Road is a famous street, and there is always something happening outside our door. We have been in this area for a long time and know most of the other business owners nearby. The office itself has high ceilings and old windows that look out onto the street. We spend a lot of time visiting sites, but when we are here, we are busy with the paperwork and talking to contractors. It’s a bit of a maze to get here if you aren't familiar with the Peth areas, but once you find us, it’s a friendly place. We usually have tea brought in from a local vendor twice a day. There is no fancy lobby, just a desk where you can sign in. We like being in this part of the city because it has a lot of history and character. It’s just us doing our construction work every day.
