You can find D.N.Parande Developers over in Pune 15. We are located at S. No. 27/2A/22 in Munjaba Vasti. It is right near the Ganesh Mandir. Most people use the temple as a landmark because the lanes can be a bit confusing if you aren't from around here. We are staying with Nitin Kokile at the Prerana Paresh Kasar spot. It is a local neighborhood, very friendly. We have a small desk where we look at maps and papers all day. Pune has grown so much lately, but Munjaba Vasti still feels like a tight community. We see the same people every morning on their way to the temple. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy during festivals, but we like the atmosphere. We don't have a big glass building. It is just a regular place where we can sit and work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who drop by. There is always someone coming in for a chat. We keep a pot of water and some biscuits for guests. It is not about being professional in a stiff way. We just want to get the job done right. We have lived in Pune for a long time, so we know how things work here. It is a good city to be in, even with all the traffic these days. The weather stays mostly pleasant which helps.
