This branch of DLF is located at 1320, Kasba Peth, inside the 4-Krishna Kunj Society. We are right near Surya Hospital, so it is pretty easy to find us if you know that landmark. Kasba Peth is one of the oldest and most traditional parts of Pune, and it has a lot of history and character. Our office is tucked away in a residential society, which makes it feel a bit more like a local home than a big corporate headquarters. We deal with property and real estate matters here for the local area. It is mostly people coming in to ask about their paperwork or to see what kind of apartments are available in the market. We don't have a big, shiny glass building with a receptionist. It is a modest setup where we can just sit down and talk to people face to face. We have seen Pune grow so much over the decades, and being in an old neighborhood like this keeps us grounded. The traffic around the hospital can be a bit much during the day, but we are used to the noise by now. We keep things pretty straightforward and honest. We aren't here to give you a big sales pitch or use fancy brochures. We just show you what we have and explain the process clearly. Most of the staff here have lived in Pune their whole lives. We know the streets and the local history. We just try to help people find the right spot for their needs without any unnecessary drama.
