If you head down Sinhagad Road in Pune, you’ll find us at Godawari Apartments. We are in unit B-2, right in the heart of Anand Nagar. It’s a convenient spot for us because we can get to different parts of the city fairly easily from here. Our office isn’t much to look at from the outside, just a regular apartment that we’ve turned into a workspace. We spend our mornings going through emails and our afternoons visiting the sites we are developing. Being in Pune 411051 means we deal with a lot of the local growth happening in this part of town. The office is often full of samples like floor tiles or window frames that we are testing out for current projects. It can get a bit cramped when the whole team is in at once, but we make it work. We aren't big on corporate meetings or long presentations. We’d rather just look at the site plans and figure out how to solve whatever problem came up that day. The traffic on Sinhagad Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we usually try to time our site visits around it. We’ve been doing this for a while and know most of the local contractors and suppliers. It’s a busy life, but we like seeing a project go from a patch of dirt to a finished home for someone.
