Dlf (Chief Manager)

We’ve been set up here in Ghorpuri for a while now, right behind the Empress Garden. It’s a quiet spot really. My office is inside the Hermes Grand Stand housing society, specifically in Flat 13, Col Sk Singhal. We go by the name Dlf (Chief Manager) around here. Being in Pune 1 feels central enough but also tucked away. The Chief Manager handles things from here. Mostly it’s just about keeping the paperwork moving and making sure the housing stuff stays on track. It gets a bit busy during the middle of the week when people come by with questions about the flats. Sometimes the traffic near the garden is a pain, but we manage. We aren’t a big flashy office with a bunch of signs. It’s just where we work and get things done day by day. If you’re looking for us, you have to drive past the garden and look for the society entrance. It’s easier to find if you know the area well. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for some time, and it feels like home. There isn’t much to say other than we are just a local team doing our jobs. We try to keep things simple. No fancy talk or anything like that. Just hard work in a regular apartment office. People usually call before coming over. We’ve got a lot of files and maps around. It’s a practical setup for what we need to do. We usually wrap things up by six in the evening.
