Our office is located in Chinchwad, specifically at K-7, Shama Heritage. We’re tucked away near the Sonigara Township in Keshav Nagar. If you’re looking for us, look for Makarand Thipse’s name on the gate. We operate as Dlf Akruti Infoparks (Pune) Ltd. here. It’s a nice enough area, though the traffic in Chinchwad can be a real headache some days. The office itself is pretty standard. We have our desks, our files, and a small area for meetings. We don't go in for all those corporate frills. We prefer to just focus on the projects at hand. Most of our work involves the local info parks and making sure things are running the way they should. It’s not always easy, and we have our share of long days. We’re just a group of people working together in a regular apartment building. It feels more personal that way, being part of a residential-commercial mix. We know our neighbors and we like being part of the Keshav Nagar community. There isn't any fancy mission statement here. We just show up, do our jobs, and try to make sure everything is handled correctly. If you drop by, you’ll find us busy but usually willing to have a quick chat about the local work. We keep a few extra chairs for visitors who stop by to discuss the plans.
