We are located out at Survey No 614, Hissa No 3-9 in Saswad. It’s in the Purandar Taluka area, so it’s quite a bit away from the main city rush of Pune. Being DIOTEC ELECTRONICS INDIA PVT LTD., we have a fair amount of space here compared to those cramped city offices. The surroundings are a bit more open, with fields and other industrial plots nearby. It’s a quiet place most mornings until the shift starts and everyone gets to their stations. The building is functional, designed for work rather than looking pretty for visitors. We have a lot of electronics components moving through here, so the floor is usually organized into sections with bins and labels. It can get quite hot in Saswad during the summer months, and the fans are always on full blast to keep us cool. We don't have fancy meeting rooms with glass walls or big screens. Usually, we just stand around a workbench to talk about what needs doing for the day. It’s a very hands-on environment. Most of the people working here are locals from the area, so there’s a good sense of community among the staff. We take our tea breaks together outside when the weather is nice. It’s a simple, hardworking setup. No one puts on an act here; we just handle the production and keep the place running as best as we possibly can every day.
