Diglclick Store

Our shop, Diglclick Store, is located in the Kalpana Tarang Building right on the corner of 1 Karve Road and Pune Nashik Road. We are directly opposite Ranka Jewelers, which is a big landmark that everyone knows around here. We deal with cameras and digital gadgets, so the shelves are usually pretty full of boxes and bags. It’s a busy intersection, so there is always a lot of honking and people walking past the window. We spend most of the day talking to folks about lenses or memory cards. We aren't some big chain store where nobody knows your name. It’s just a few of us here, and we’ve learned a lot about photography just by messing around with the stock. The floor gets a bit scuffed from all the foot traffic, and we definitely need to paint the back wall one of these days. We don't use any high-pressure sales tactics. If someone comes in looking for a camera, we just show them what we have and tell them what we think about it based on what we’ve used ourselves. Sometimes we get distracted talking about the best spots to take photos in Pune, and the actual work takes a bit longer than it should. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, even when it’s crowded on Saturday afternoons. We just enjoy being around the gear and helping people figure out how to use their new equipment without making it complicated at all.
