Diamond Tyres

We are located in Ganesh Peth, right across from where the old Alpha Talkies used to be. It’s a busy corner and there is always the sound of air compressors and metal tools hitting the floor. Our shop is full of tires of all sizes, stacked up to the ceiling. It smells like rubber and grease in here, which is just how it is. We spend our days jacking up cars and changing out worn-down treads. It’s heavy work and our hands are usually black by the end of the shift. We have a small bench where people sit and wait while we finish the job. There’s no AC, just a big pedestal fan that moves the hot air around. We’ve been here for a long time, and we know most of the drivers who pass through this part of town. Sometimes it gets really hectic when three cars show up at once. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just see the stacks of tires outside and pull in. It’s a simple business. We check the pressure, fix the punctures, and send people on their way. The traffic on the road outside never seems to stop. We just keep our heads down and work through the pile of wheels. It's a living, and we’ve been doing it right here for years without much change.
