It’s an old part of the city with a lot of character, and we’ve fit right in over the years. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we get the work done. Logistics is a lot of keeping track of details, and that’s what we spend our hours doing. Pune weather is usually nice, which makes the commute a bit better. We have a small group of people here who have been working together for quite some time. We don't use a lot of big words or have complicated rules. It’s mostly just making sure the paperwork is right and the shipments are moving. Sometimes it gets a bit loud outside with the city noise, but we just keep at it. There’s always a cup of tea on someone’s desk. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the flashiest. We just want to make sure the job is done by the end of the day. It’s a straightforward way of working. Most of our neighbors are shops or other small businesses, so it feels like a real community. We like being in this part of Pune. It’s familiar and it works for what we need to do. The desks are a bit messy but we know where everything is.
