You can find the DHL Express branch at Bopodi 2A/2B. It is a very active location because of all the packages coming and going every day. We handle everything from small letters to large international shipments. The morning is usually the craziest time when the big delivery trucks arrive. We have to move quickly to get everything sorted and logged into the system. The office itself is quite basic, with a long counter and some scales for weighing parcels. We do not have any fancy furniture or a big lobby. It is just a workspace made for moving things along. People come in all day with their boxes, and we help them get the labels right. Sometimes the paperwork for overseas shipping can be confusing, so we spend time explaining what needs to be filled out. Bopodi is a good central spot, so we see a lot of different people. It gets loud and a bit chaotic when there are too many boxes on the floor, but we just keep working through the pile. We do not have any polished scripts for talking to customers. We just tell them the price and when the package should get there. It is a fast-paced job that keeps us moving from the time we open until the last truck leaves at night.
