Dhl Express

We've been running the Dhl Express spot here in Kandivali, Mumbai for a while now. Most days start pretty early because there is always a stack of papers and boxes waiting by the door. Kandivali is a busy place, and getting around the narrow lanes can be a bit of a headache, especially when the monsoon hits. We just try to keep things moving. Our team is small, just a few local guys who know the shortcuts. Sometimes the internet acts up or a delivery gets stuck in the city traffic, but we manage. People come in with all sorts of things they need to send out. It isn't anything fancy. We have a counter, some scales, and some tape that never seems to stay where we put it. Some customers have been coming to us for years, so we know their names and where their families live. It’s just how things work here. We don't have big meetings or anything like that. We just look at the schedule and get to work. It gets loud outside with the horns and the street vendors, but we’re used to it. Dealing with logistics in Mumbai is mostly about being patient and knowing which roads to avoid during rush hour. We just keep our heads down and handle the parcels that come through our door every morning. It’s a lot of work, but it’s what we do.
