Being over here in Kondhwa, specifically on Nibm Road, means there is always a lot of traffic around us. Our office at Kwality Sapphire is where we handle a lot of the packages moving through this part of Pune. It is a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes when the shipments come in all at once, but we manage. People stop by to drop things off or ask about their tracking numbers throughout the day. We are just regular people working behind the desks and in the back room with the boxes. It gets quite loud outside with the cars and bikes, but we are used to it by now. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place for work. We spend most of our time staring at screens or taping up cartons that need to go out. It is a lot of coordination to make sure a parcel from Pune gets to where it is going without getting lost. We have our own ways of doing things that might seem a bit old-fashioned to some, but it works for us. Usually, there is some tea going and we are just trying to get through the day's pile of deliveries. It is not a glamorous job, but someone has to make sure the mail moves. We have been at this location for a bit and the neighbors know us.
