We operate out of Prashant Plaza, which is part of the Nawale Industrial Estate in Narhe. It's tucked away off Sinhagad Road in the Dhayari area. Being in an industrial estate means things are always moving around here. You’ll see trucks and vans coming and going all day long. Our unit is No. 51/1/1/7. It can be a bit of a maze if you aren’t used to the layout of the estate. We’ve been here for a bit now, and the routine is pretty much the same every day. We start early, get the machines or the workspace ready, and start on the pile of tasks. It gets loud sometimes because of the other workshops nearby, but we don't mind the noise. The building isn't the newest, but it serves its purpose for what we do. We mostly focus on getting the orders out on time. There isn't a lot of space for a waiting room or anything, so it’s mostly just work areas. The road outside can get a bit muddy when it rains, which is a bit of a pain. We usually eat our lunch together in the small break area we set up. It’s a practical environment. People know us in this part of Narhe because we’ve stayed put for a while. It’s just a normal day-to-day business operation without any fluff or corporate style. We just do the work.
