Our office is Shop Number 8 in the Grafficon Arcade on Sasoon Road. We are right across from Jehangir Hospital, so it’s a very busy spot with a lot of people moving around all the time. Being in this part of Pune 411001 means there is never a quiet moment. We handle a lot of travel arrangements for people coming and going from the hospital or the station nearby. It’s a lot of logistics and trying to keep the drivers on schedule despite the city noise. Sometimes the rain or the traffic makes everything run late, and we just have to deal with it as it comes. We aren't a corporate giant, just a local travel office trying to keep things moving. The arcade can get a bit crowded, and our shop is small but it has everything we need to work. We spend most of our time on the phone or staring at the computer screen. It is a lot of work to make sure every booking is right. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just arrange cars and buses for people who need them. It is a tough business sometimes, with long hours and lots of talking to different people. We just keep the door open and wait for the next person to walk in. It’s a bit hectic, but we have been doing this for a long time now.
