Our office is located in Pushpak Apartments, specifically in Flat Number 8. We are on Plots 64 to 66 at Survey Number 328/2/1 in the Pathardi Shivar area. It is a bit different because we are inside a residential building rather than a commercial shop. This gives the office a very quiet and private feel. We chose this spot because many of our members live in the apartment complex or in the houses nearby. It is very convenient for them to just take the stairs or the lift to come and see us. The flat is set up with desks and filing cabinets, but it still feels like a home. We do not have a big reception area or a security guard at the door. You just ring the bell and come in. We handle the savings and small finance needs of the local community here in Pathardi. The staff is small, and we all do a bit of everything, from answering the phone to updating the ledgers. We don't use any fancy financial terms that confuse people. We just explain things in plain English or the local language. It gets a bit busy around the start of the month when everyone wants to deposit their savings, but otherwise, it is a calm place to work. We like being part of the neighborhood and helping our neighbors manage their money in a simple, straightforward way without any corporate fuss.
