Our setup is over in Pimpri, right in the industrial heart of Pune. Dealing with Sandvik mining and construction equipment means we see a lot of heavy-duty parts coming through here. It's often oily and loud, but that’s the nature of aftermarket service. Sandeep and the rest of the crew spend most of our time looking at part numbers and trying to get things out to sites as fast as possible. When a machine is down at a mine, nobody is happy, so we try to move quick. The office isn't anything special, just a desk, some phones, and a lot of catalogs. You can reach us on the landline or the mobile if we're out in the back. Pimpri is a good location for us because we're close to a lot of our suppliers and other workshops. We don't do much fancy advertising; people mostly know us through the work we do. Sometimes we stay late because a part arrived late or someone has an emergency. It's a practical job. We focus on the technical side, making sure the specs match up. If you've been around the Pune industrial area, you know how it is. It’s busy and dusty. We just try to keep the wheels turning for our customers who have these big machines to run. It's a lot of responsibility, but we've got the experience to handle it without making a big fuss about it. We just want to get the equipment back to work.
