We’re over at 226/228 in the Akshay Complex on Dhole Patil Road. It’s a well-known area in Pune, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. The complex itself has a mix of different businesses, and it gets pretty lively. Our office at Dexters Logistics is just a standard workspace. We have some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and plenty of files. It’s not a place designed for show; it’s designed for getting things done. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or typing away on our keyboards. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the delivery notes and documents, but we try to clear it up every Friday. We aren't big on formalities here. We talk to each other plainly and skip the fancy talk. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we have our own way of doing things. The traffic on Dhole Patil Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we often stay a bit late to let it clear out. It’s just a regular group of people working in a regular office. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, handle the logistics, and try to have a decent day. That's the way we've always done it here.
