We operate Devman Agrolands Llp from our office in Patilnagar, specifically at Flat C/104 in the Pebbles complex. It’s right near Ranwara, which most locals know. We’re small-scale and like it that way. Dealing with land and agriculture isn't always smooth. There are always issues with boundaries, water, or just the timing of things. We don't put on a show for anyone. If you come by, you’ll find us surrounded by maps and paperwork, probably drinking tea. We focus on the land itself. It’s about making sure the ground is used properly and that we're doing things the right way. We aren't corporate types in suits. We’re usually in everyday clothes, ready to head out to a site whenever needed. This company was started because we saw how much work goes into managing agricultural lands around here. It’s a lot for one person to handle, so we grouped up. It’s just practical. We have our good days and our bad ones, like any other small business. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just have work that needs to be done today and more work tomorrow. It’s a simple life, and we’re happy to be part of the Patilnagar neighborhood. Just a few people trying to make a living off the land and helping others do the same.
