Devi Construction Company Pvt. Ltd is based out of a small place called Rui in Hatkanangle taluka. Being in the Kolhapur district means we have a different rhythm than the big cities like Pune or Mumbai. Our office is right there in the village, A/P Rui, and we have been part of this local community for a long time. We don't have any corporate offices or big teams. It’s just us and a few local workers who have been with us through many seasons. We do all sorts of construction work around the area, from small houses to bigger sheds. The pace is steady but not rushed. We spend a lot of time talking to the local people and figuring out what they need. Sometimes the supplies have to come from far away, which can be a bit of a wait. We don't have any fancy technology, just our experience and our hands. The monsoon season is usually our quiet time because you can't do much building in the heavy rain we get here. We use that time to fix our equipment and plan for the next months. We are proud to be from Rui and to help build things in our own district. It’s a simple life and the work is honest. We don’t have much to brag about, just that we show up every day and do what we say. We like the quiet life here and the people we serve.
