DEVI CONSTRUCTION CO. PVT. LTD.

We are based out of Devi House in Shivaji Nagar. It’s a tall building, and you’ll find DEVI CONSTRUCTION CO. PVT. LTD. up on the sixth floor. Specifically, the office is at Plot No. 37, CTS No. 1576. Working in construction means we spend a lot of time looking at plans and talking to folks about buildings. The office gets quite busy with paperwork and people coming in and out. Shivaji Nagar is a central spot, so it makes sense for us to be here. We’ve been in this space for some time now. Sometimes the elevator takes a bit, but once you’re up on the sixth floor, the view of the city is alright. We don’t really do much fancy stuff here. It is mostly desks, computers, and a lot of maps. Everyone here knows their job and we just try to keep things moving on the different sites we manage. Being a private limited company means there is a bit of structure, but we still feel like a small team. We take our projects seriously because that is what keeps the lights on. If you happen to be in the area, you’ll see the sign for Devi House from the street. It’s a practical place for a construction firm. We just show up every morning and deal with whatever the day brings. There is always something new to figure out with the local building codes or materials we use.
