Devi Construction Co. Pvt. Ltd. has its main spot at C 17 in Darshan Park. This is over in Shreenagar Kalewadi, Pune. Shri Binod Kumar started things here and we have just kept it going year after year. It’s a family-style setup, honestly. The office is part of the residential area so it feels more like a home than a workplace. We spend most of our days out on different sites around the city, so the office is mostly for paperwork and phone calls. Pune is growing so fast, and we see new buildings coming up every day around Kalewadi. We just take it one day at a time. Some days the labor doesn’t show up or the weather ruins our concrete pour, but we just deal with it. It’s not a glamorous life, being covered in dust and worrying about material costs, but it’s what we know. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do okay for ourselves and the people who hire us. You won't find any slick brochures here, just some blueprints on the table and maybe a cup of tea. We have some good neighbors in Darshan Park who have seen us grow over the years.
