Our office for Devi Construction Co. Pvt. Ltd. is located over in Chinchwad, right behind the SKF company at Plot No. 39. We are set up at Mr. J.K. Patil’s place in Indiranagar. It’s a convenient spot because we are close to many industrial areas which keeps us busy. Being in Pune, the pace is always fast, but we try to keep things grounded. The office isn't much to look at, just a place where we keep our tools and coordinate with the workers. We’ve spent many years working around this part of town and we know the roads and the suppliers pretty well. Mr. Patil is usually around to keep an eye on things. We don't have any flashy signs or anything like that. Most of our work comes from just being in the right place and knowing the right people. Sometimes we have too much work and other times we are waiting for the next job to start. That’s just the nature of construction. We deal with the heat, the dust, and the occasional grumpy client. We don't promise anything we can't do. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families. It’s a straightforward life. If you are ever behind the SKF factory, you might see our sign near Indiranagar. We have been a part of this community for a while and we plan to stay. There is always something to fix or build in a city like this.
