Our base is actually in Solapur, even though our name mentions Pune and Magarpatta. We are set up in the Railway Building, specifically Rb Ii 127/3. It’s right across from Ganesh Hall Colony. It’s an interesting location because of the railway connection. You can always tell when a train is coming or going because of the noise. Our work involves a lot of the development side of things, specifically looking at IT and commercial spaces. It sounds a bit complicated, but mostly it's just a lot of planning and looking at maps and documents. The office is pretty basic. We have desks, some chairs, and plenty of files stacked up on the shelves. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek lobby or fancy coffee machines. We just show up and do the work we are paid for. The team here in Solapur has been together for a bit. We know the area around Ganesh Hall well, and we usually grab lunch at one of the small places nearby. It’s a quiet life compared to the big cities, but there is always plenty to do. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. People who need to find us usually know where the Railway Building is. We just keep our heads down and focus on the commercial projects we have on hand. It's steady work and it keeps us occupied. That’s about all there is to say about us.
